Insurance Agent (Personal & Commercial Lines)

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Burleson, TX, with on-site or remote flexibility, for a Licensed Insurance Agent (Personal & Commercial Lines).

In this role, you will:

• Quote, sell, and service personal and commercial insurance policies

• Review current coverage and identify better options for clients

• Work both inbound opportunities and build your own book of business

• Maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention

• Use agency systems (AgencyZoom, CRM tools) to manage pipeline and follow-up

This role is ideal for someone who wants more control, better commissions, and the ability to truly shop for their clients.

Qualifications

• Active Texas P&C license (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
